Aluminum Extrusion Overview
Aluminum extrusion forms a heated aluminum billet through a shaped die to create a continuous profile with a consistent cross-section. This process supports lightweight structures, functional channels, hollow sections, heat-dissipation fins, mounting features, and other application-specific designs.

Requirement and Drawing Review
Provide profile drawings, alloy, temper, dimensions, tolerances, length, finishing, processing requirements, application information, and estimated purchasing quantity for technical review.
Die and Sample Development
Profile geometry and production feasibility are evaluated before die development, sample extrusion, dimensional measurement, and customer approval for subsequent production.
Extrusion and Heat Treatment
Available facilities include homogenizing, T4 solution treatment, aging, and annealing equipment to support project-specific metallurgical and processing requirements.
