Custom industrial aluminum extrusion profiles combine flexible alloy selection, profile geometry and downstream fabrication for made-to-order components. Available materials include 6005, 6061, 6063, 6082, 6463 and 7075 aluminum alloys. Cross-sections can be produced as round, hollow, oval, tubular, flat, square, rectangular, polygonal, trapezoidal, diamond, wave, curved, U, L, T and H profiles, as well as customer-designed shapes.
Extruded profiles can be supplied as basic sections or further processed into finished components. CNC machining, sawing, milling, punching, turning, tapping, chamfering, laser processing, welding, bending and assembly are available for parts that require holes, slots, cutouts, threads, formed sections or assembled structures. Anodizing and powder coating can be added where surface protection or finished appearance is required.

These custom aluminum extrusion profiles are used where the cross-section, alloy, machining and surface finish must be matched to a specific assembly. Their configurable geometry makes them suitable for structural, enclosure, decorative and functional aluminum components.
Industrial equipment: frames, supports, machine structures and equipment components.
Aluminum enclosures: housings and protective profile structures for electrical or mechanical products.
Furniture and partitions: office furniture, partitions and customized framing systems.
Architectural systems: windows, doors, curtain walls, ceilings and profile-based structures.
Thermal and lighting products: heat sink profiles and aluminum sections for LED strips.
Medical and electrical equipment: customized profile components requiring machining, finishing or assembly.
Profile selection can be matched to the required cross-section, material grade, wall thickness, machining features and surface treatment.
Alumag combines aluminum extrusion with CNC machining, precise cutting, milling, drilling, punching, tapping, bending, welding, surface treatment and assembly. Complex profiles can therefore be supplied closer to final component condition.
Make-to-order production supports customer-specific cross-sections, dimensions and processing requirements. Technical drawings are used to define key dimensions and finished-part features before production.
Raw-material control is combined with dimensional inspection during production and before shipment. Key customer-specified dimensions can be checked as part of the quality-control process.
Anodizing, powder coating and other downstream processing can be integrated with extrusion and machining to reduce separate sourcing steps.
Available grades include 6005, 6061, 6063, 6082, 6463 and 7075 within the 6000 and 7000 series.
