Custom aluminum extrusion profiles are produced for projects that require specific alloy grades, tempers, section dimensions and downstream processing. Material options include 2014, 2017, 2024, 3003, 5049, 5083, 6010, 6061, 6066, 6069 and 7075, with additional grades available according to the application.
Temper options include T3 through T9. Profiles can be supplied with mill finish or processed by anodizing, powder coating, painting, brushing or sandblasting. This allows mechanical requirements and surface appearance to be addressed within the same customized profile program.
Deep processing includes cold drawing, CNC machining, precise cutting, sawing, drilling, milling, punching, bending, tapping and assembly. The extrusion can therefore be supplied as a raw profile, semi-finished component or more complete finished part depending on the project.
