Aluminum Customize Profile
Custom aluminum AI robot assembly parts are designed for robot structures, automated equipment and industrial assemblies that require lightweight profile-based components. The product is supplied as a customized aluminum profile or fabricated part rather than a fixed standard component, allowing the section geometry and processing to be matched to the equipment design.
Available profile forms include structural frame sections, equipment-platform profiles and rectangular, square or round aluminum tube configurations. Profiles can also be developed for industrial, transportation, lighting and heat-dissipation functions where similar extrusion and fabrication methods are required.
Secondary processing can include precise cutting, CNC machining, milling, drilling, tapping and assembly. Surface treatment can be added when the robot or automation component requires a finished appearance or additional surface protection. Finished components can be supplied according to customer drawings and assembly interfaces.
