machining cnc parts
The CNC machined aluminum remote control body is a drawing-based enclosure component produced through a combination of CNC machining and secondary fabrication. Available processes include CNC milling, CNC turning, drilling, grinding, stamping, tapping and bending, allowing the housing to incorporate external contours, internal cavities, mounting holes, threaded features and formed details.
Dimensional requirements are produced according to the customer's drawing. The machining tolerance is ±0.005 mm with surface roughness to Ra0.8. Multiple surface finishes are available, including anodizing, electroplating, polishing, chrome plating, zinc plating, nickel plating, electrophoresis, sandblasting, passivation, powder coating and painting.
OEM and ODM production supports common 2D and 3D drawing formats, allowing the remote control body to be developed as a finished enclosure rather than only a machined blank.
