drop forging parts
Custom aluminum drop forging parts are produced for applications that require shaped aluminum components with project-specific geometry and material selection. Available aluminum grades include 6061, 6063, 6082, 7075, 5052 and 2024, providing material choices across several alloy series for different component requirements.
Forging can be combined with secondary CNC machining where holes, bores, threads, sealing surfaces or controlled interfaces are required after forming. Anodizing, sandblasting, polishing and plating are available for surface protection, appearance or downstream assembly requirements.
