3003 aluminum Microchannel
The 3003 aluminum microchannel cooling tube is a multi-port extrusion tube designed with multiple small internal channels. The multi-channel structure increases the contact area between the tube wall and the flowing medium, supporting efficient heat transfer within a compact aluminum section.
Available material options include 1070, 1100, 3003, 3A21, D97, K70A, 6061 and 6063. H112, F, T4, T5 and T6 states are available, while overall dimensions can be produced according to customer requirements. Product forms include harmonica-shaped tubes, drawn tubes, strip seals, aluminum spacers, shaped profiles, bars, square tubes, round pipes and irregular aluminum pipes.
The compact geometry is suitable for thermal systems where installation space is limited. Custom dimensions and configurations allow the tube to be matched to the required heat exchanger, cooling circuit or thermal-management assembly.
